God has revealed the “things of God” to His people. In 1 Cor 2, verses 9 to 13, the Holy Spirit teaches that God has “revealed” “even the deep things of God”, to us, through “the Spirit who is from God”, whom we believers in union with Christ have “received”, so “that we may UNDERSTAND what GOD has FREELY GIVEN us”. If anything should floor us immediately, this truth of God of the gospel of Christ should!

God has made Himself known to His people. His sheep “knows” His voice (John 10:27). They know His voice because it was the voice of the Son of God that called them out of the grave of sin and death (John 5:28). Following their resurrection with His, Jesus has not left His sheep alone after His resurrection and ascension to the Father’s right hand. He promised another “Helper” (Parakletos-One who comes alongside to support and help, John 14:6) to be with them always, to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8).

In Romans chapter 4, the Holy Spirit teaches through the apostle Paul, how God works. It begins with verse 17, “GOD, who Gives Life to the dead”. How? By “calling”-speaking-declaring-commanding-“those things which do not exist AS THOUGH THEY DID.”

Whatever GOD calls for, they ALREADY EXIST because GOD calls for them. As far as GOD is concerned, they ALREADY EXIST. Whatever is in GOD’s mind which HE then Speaks forth is ALREADY a Reality to GOD and His kingdom’s realm. It now only awaits for Realization and Materialization in the earthly realm of mankind’s tangible and sensory reality. It is however, ALREADY GOD’s reality. in the spiritual realm, or the “kingdom” realm. My “job” so to speak, and to Meditate, Murmur, from the Hebrew, “hagah”, which also includes in the range of meanings for this word, “declare” and “imagine” (cross-refer Eph 3:20), what GOD has ALREADY Called for, until these things come into Realization in the physical. These things NEVER lost one iota of Reality when in GOD’s realm of the spiritual or unseen (cross-refer Heb 11:1-3).

GOD the Spirit teaches us the “mechanics” and the “processes” of how the thinking, speaking and behavior of Faith works:

1. Rom 4:18 “contrary to hope, “in HOPE BELIEVED”, this is a “Hope” that originates and has its Source in and from GOD; what HE SAID, what is in His WORD.
2. Abraham “believers” that just as GOD said to him, he therefore Believes, or Believed (past tense), that he had ALREADY BECOME the father of many nations-his name itself proves GOD’s WORD as an ALREADY.
3. “ALREADY/NOT YET” -Rom 4:19, “he did not consider his own body”-Abraham did not consider his physical realities greater than the reality of GOD’s WORD, or GOD’s PROMISE to him. He did not consider the physical reality, as Scripture itself puts it, “already dead (since he was about 100 years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb”.
4. Romans 4:20, Abraham “did not WAVER at the Promise of GOD through Unbelief, but in verses 20 & 21, “but was STRENTHENED IN FAITH, giving glory to GOD, and BEING FULLY CONVINCED that WHAT GOD HAD PROMISED, HE was also ABLE TO PERFORM.”
5. What a lesson of faith to us! God’s WORD when we Meditate, Murmur, Imagine, and Declare it Verbally, Internally and Personally to our hearts (“speaking the gospel to our hearts“), has inherent in itself, the very Presence of Christ (refer to Luther’s “in ipsa fidei Christus adest“-in faith itself Christ is present) to bring it to fruition, to realization, to physical manifestation from the unseen realm into the seen.

The question for every believer is, “Am I ready and willing to “go all in”? And BELIEVE GOD’s WORD much more and above my physical realities?

As a Believer of GOD in union with Christ, I’m ALREADY partaking and involved in Two (2) universes or realities, simultaneously. The Spiritual and Unseen, and the present physical and seen universe.

GOD created both universes. He was already existing in the unseen and spiritual “kingdom of GOD”. Then in Genesis chapter 1, He spoke, or called, or commanded, or declared, “Let there be light”, and of course, before that, in Gen 1:1, “In the beginning, GOD created the heavens and the earth”.

God moves effortlessly through both universes through His Spirit. Jesus said whilst speaking with the woman of Samaria at Jacob’s well in Sychar, “God is spirit and His worshippers must worship Him in spirit and truth”. Both spirit and truth is GOD’s WORD. Cross-refer what Jesus Himself taught in John 6:63, “It is the spirit which quickens, or gives life, or animates; the flesh has NO profitable outcome or result. The words I speak, they are spirit, and they are life”.

How much more should those in union with Christ should live in Him through His word? As we abide in Him, and His words abide in us, we are transformed by His Spirit from one degree of glory to another.

Believers also transcend the physical realm through faith alone by His grace alone. When we rest in Him through His word, we experience the rest of GOD, His sabbath rest, when GOD Himself rested on the seventh day, the day of completion. God is bringing about His kingdom to come, and His will to be done in and through our lives. Phil 2:13 says as much, “It is GOD who works in us, both to will and to do of HIS good pleasure”. See why Psalm 23 verse 6 says that “goodness and mercy” shall follow us-pursue us relentlessly according to the Hebrew word for pursue? See why 1 Thess 5:18 says, “In everything give thanks; for this IS the WILL of GOD in CHRIST JESUS (in our daily and present union with Christ by faith) concerning you”. Why Romans 8, verse 37 says, “We are MORE THAN CONQUERORS through HIM who loved us”?
